By the end of this assessment , students will have mastered:
1- Three Arabic phrases related to birthday celebration.
2- The main differences and also the similarities between celebrating birthdays in Egypt and the United States.
The main objectives of this assessment are:
1- Assess students' vocabulary and knowledge about foods and drinks in Arabic.
2- Give the students a chance to reflect on their performance and progress.
3- Give the students the opportunity to challenge themselves by elaborating on parts of speech.

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
1- Recognize the names of family members.

2- Know and use ( I love ) with family members.
3- Use ( هذا ) and ( هذه ) with family.
4- Talk about the members of his family.
By the end of this outreach presentation, the students and attendees were introduced to:
1- The top ten popular foods in the Arab world.
2- The most popular foods and desserts in Egypt.
3- Some basic phrases in Arabic such as greeting or thanking.

By the end of this integrated performance assessment, students will be able to:
1- Answer an Interpretive mode task about the description of a picture besides reading a passage in Arabic to answer questions in English.
2- Do an Interpersonal task by taking part in pairs to talk about food. Students have to introduce themselves in Arabic then ask questions about their foods and drinks in Arabic; students have to ask at least three questions about their preferred dishes and beverages in Arabic
3- Do a Presentational task by creating a menu of foods and drinks; students can draw the menu or just write the foods and drinks in Arabic. Next, students have to write a paragraph of four sentences about their preferred foods and drinks and present it to the class
