By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: Identify names of the rooms in Arabic. Name different household objects. Say what they can find in each room. Describe their house in Arabic. Count the numbers of rooms they have in their home. Ask and answer questions about the place and the neighborhood where they live Discuss their domestic activities. Give a presentation about architecture in the Arab countries.

By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to: Say the Arabic names of the family members (جد – جدة – أب- أم – والد – والدة – ابن -  ابنة – ولد – بنت – عم – عمة – خال – خالة – زوج – زوجة ). Learn the possessive adjective “my” in Arabic. Recognize the differences between the Egyptian and American families. Know about the idea of extended family in Egypt.
