Chen Xiaoyun
Bio
Chen Xiaoyun is from Dongguan, China and received her bachelor's degree in English from South China Normal University. She has been a senior teacher at Dongguan Foreign Language School since September 2015. She is also a teacher trainer, editor of College Entrance Examination reference books, expert of project conclusion, certified interviewer for teacher qualification for primary and secondary schools, study tour designer and accompanying teacher. Her hobbies are cooking, hiking, Chinese painting, and Chinese massage. During her stay in the United States, she is looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and sharing Chinese traditional festivals like the Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival with the students. She was hosted by Tonopah Valley High School in Tonopah, AZ. For the 2023-2024 academic year, Chen Xiaoyuan will serve as an Alumni Buddy for exchange teachers Liao Yuxiang and Qiu Huilin.
