Laura Mull-Skaggs
Bio
Laura Mull-Skaggs is originally from Greenwood, Indiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2005 and her master’s in Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 2008. Ms. MullSkaggs is also a doctoral candidate at Indiana University, specializing in Language Education. She is currently the Director of Specialized Services and an English Learner (EL) Teacher at Bethel Park Elementary. Ms. Mull-Skaggs has been at Bethel Park Elementary since 2020. She has also taught in various roles, ranging from kindergarten to adults. She became a teacher to help students achieve the best education possible and has been teaching for over twenty years throughout the Indianapolis community. Ms. MullSkaggs will be the mentor teacher to Chang Wei-Wei from Taitung City, Taiwan.
