Alyse Bonacci
Bio
Alyse Bonacci is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and now lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She received her degree in Elementary Education from Duquesne University and her Master’s Degree as well as her Reading Specialist certification from Goucher College. Ms. Bonacci is currently pursuing her Administrative certificate from McDaniel College. This is her second year as the reading specialist at Manor View Elementary. Previously she was a second and fourth grade teacher at a different Anne Arundel County Public School. She decided to be a teacher after observing her father teach at his school. She fell in love with the kids and realized that the teaching profession would be one that she would enjoy. She has been teaching for seven years in all. Ms. Bonacci is the mentor teacher for Zhang Guifen from Liaoning, China.
