Guillermo Cantarutti

Bio
Guillermo Enrique Cantarutti is originally from Temuco, Chile. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Universidad Católica de Chile, SR Temuco. He received his Masters degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics from the University of Northern Iowa. He currently teaches Spanish III, IV and AP Spanish at Mountain Range High School, where he has been a teacher since 2006. In all, he has been teaching for over 15 years. Mr. Cantarutti has also taught Spanish and ESL in Iowa and Colorado. Subsequently, he has taught Spanish, French and German. Before coming to the United States, he taught English for eight years in Chile, and has also studied abroad in France. Mr. Cantarutti’s family lives in Chile but they occasionally visit him in the U.S. He takes pleasure in learning languages and improving his knowledge. He also enjoys cooking and trying new forms of cuisine. Mr. Cantarutti’s hobbies include watching movies, gardening, painting, teaching and traveling abroad to learn about various cultures.
