David Lugo
Bio
David Lugo is originally from Los Angeles, California. He received his bachelor's degree in English language and literature from California State University, Long Beach. He is currently a 6th grade English language arts, social studies, and drama teacher at Vista Heritage Global Academy, a position he has held since 2015. He is also a member of the council committee, which organizes events and speaking prompts to be used in the area of in class group counseling. Additionally, he has served on the leadership board, representing the 6th grade teachers at Vista Heritage. He became a teacher to help the next generation find a passion in life and foster a love of learning. As of 2019, he has been teaching for four years. He was the mentor teacher to Gu Lin from Yibin, China (2019-2020).
