Henriette Sindjui

Bio
Henriette Sindjui is originally from Cameroon. She holds a master's degree in geography secondary education from the University of Yaounde in Cameroon and a school leadership certificate from Loyola University of Maryland. She also holds a Maryland teaching certificate in social studies, French, and elementary education. Ms. Sindjui is the testing coordinator at Baltimore International Academy, a multi-lingual International Baccalaureate world school. She has been a French immersion teacher at BIA since 2008, and has served, for the past 7 years, as the French immersion coordinator and the Baltimore City Schools site-based mentor. Previously, Ms. Sindjui taught social studies and French in Cameroon for 19 years. She became a teacher because she was eager to make a difference in people lives, and she has been teaching now for 29 years. Ms. Sindjui was the mentor teacher to Howida Hassan from Mansoura City, Egypt (2017-2018) and Abdelrahaman Dawoud from Ashmoon, Egypt (2018-2019).
