Patricia D'Saachs-Garrido
Bio
Patricia D’Saachs-Garrido was born in Los Angeles, California. She began teaching elementary school in 1994 and has taught students from kindergarten to 6th grade. She has also had the chance to teach a diverse range of students, including English learners, special education students, gifted and talented students, and at-risk youth. She believes that all students can learn and all teachers can effectively teach if given the proper tools, guidance, coaching, and support. Ms. D’Saachs-Garrido was the mentor teacher to Wu Yan from Yuoyang, China (2017-2018).
