Kathleen Grimm

Bio
Kathleen (Kathy) Grimm is originally from Milwaukee, WI, USA. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in general business with an international emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She also completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in French and education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently a French teacher at Madison East High School, a position she has held since 1992. She is also the chairperson of the National Honor Society selection committee and a member of the Senior Scholarship committee. She co-advises the French club and has traveled to France with students eight times in the last 22 years. She got into teaching as a profession after working in retail in order to share her passion for the French language and francophone culture with students at the high school level. She has now teaching in her 25th year. Ms. Grimm was the mentor teacher to Mahmoud Hegazy from Ismailia, Egypt.
