Yvonne Drew
Bio
Yvonne Drew is originally from Jersey City, New Jersey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and pre-law from Saint Augustine's University and a teaching certification from North Carolina State University. She is currently a science and social studies teacher at Envision Science Academy, a position she has held since 2015. Ms. Drew is also a Jump Rope Club advisor and has served as a teacher assistant, team leader, and assistant basketball coach at her previous school. She became a teacher to help lead children in a positive direction and to share her love of learning. Ms. Drew has been a teacher for 8 years in her own classroom and 10 years overall. She was the mentor teacher to Huang Shu from Shanghai, China.
