Main Profile for Xing Yali

Xing Yali is from Jiamusi, China. She received her master's degree in English Education from Qiqihar University. She has been an English teacher at No.11 High School of Jiamusi since 2006. Ms. Xing is also a group leader and won many awards including National First Prize of Video Lessons, National First Prize of Educational Articles, and Second Prize of "Star of Hope", which is a National English Competition for Teachers. She enjoys reading, doing Yoga outdoor activities, and spending time with her two dogs. Her primary objective for participating in TCLP is to help strengthen Mandarin programs in the U.S. schools, to learn U.S. teaching methods that can be used in her teaching, and to know more about U.S. culture. Ms. Xing was hosted by Madison East High School in Madison, Wisconsin. She was an alumni buddy to Li Yi for the 2017-2018 school year.
