Fan Caiping
Bio
Fan Caiping is from Taiyuan, China and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Teaching from Shanxi Teachers’ University in 2006. She has taught English at Taiyuan No. 48 Middle School (3,000 students and 246 teachers). Between 2007 and 2011, Ms. Fan won many prizes in nationwide teaching competitions, which helped her to improve her teaching skills. Her hobbies include watching movies, listening to music, traveling, hosting, giving lectures, reading and playing badminton. Through the Teachers of Critical Languages Program, she hopes to help American students learn about Chinese language and culture. Ms. Fan also wants to explore American techniques in classroom management, student motivation, and student assessment.
