Wang Xiaoli
Bio
Ms. Wang is from Jiaxing, China and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She has taught English at Jiaxing No. 1 High School since 2003. In 2007, she went to Australia for a one-month educational exchange, where she attended courses on cross-cultural education, observed classes in local schools, and taught Mandarin to Australian students of different levels. Ms. Wang is married, and her hobbies include jogging, painting, and traveling. Her objective for participating in this program is to update her teaching skills, broaden her horizons, and achieve a situation that is mutually beneficial to both her home and host school. She would like to be a wonderful ambassador for China. Ms. Wang was hosted by Sharpstown International School (1,000 students and 60 teachers) in Houston, Texas (pop. 2,099,451).
