Ping Yu Adams
Bio
Ms. Adams is originally from Taiwan. She received her master degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. She has been a Chinese teacher since 2008. She is the school yearbook teacher, Vice President of the Parent-Teacher Organization and also the Webmaster. Ms. Adams has been involved in the Joy Luck Club and was recognized by the Houston Independent School District for promoting cultural diversity. She was born and raised in Taiwan and has traveled to Indonesia, Great Britain, Denmark and Sweden during vacations. Ms. Adams has also studied and traveled in Japan and Canada on short-term programs. She now lives with her husband and four-year-old daughter, enjoying a bilingual household.
She was the host for Xin Qunying during the 2010-2011 academic year and for Wang Xiaoli from Jiaxing, China during the 2012-2013 academic year .
