Leslie Smith

Bio
Leslie Smith is originally from Glenville, New York. She attended SUNY Oswego where she received her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and then proceeded to earn her Masters degree in Curriculum Development and Instructor Technology from SUNY Albany. Subsequently, she received her School Building Leader and School District Leader certificates in School Administration from St. Rose College. Presently, Ms. Smith teaches at Paige Elementary School, where she has worked since September 2008 as an Instructional Coach. She is also the Parent Partnership Team Chair and a teacher mentor. Having been in the teaching profession for seven years, Ms. Smith really enjoys working with children and feels very passionate about wanting to make a positive difference in children’s lives. She often seeks professional development opportunities that will help her to grow, not only as a teacher, but also as a learner. Ms. Smith is married, has two daughters, and loves to garden and spend time with her lovely family.
