Ru Yi
Bio
Ru Yi is from Beijing and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Chinese from East China Normal University. She is studying to attain her Masters degree in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages at Peking University. She has been teaching for nearly four years and has developed experience with students from different countries. Her hobbies include swimming and badminton. She participated in the Teachers of Critical Languages Program with the hopes of bringing Chinese language and culture to U.S. classrooms; she also wanted to have the opportunity to learn more about U.S. teaching methodologies, culture, and society.
