Liu Xuemei
Bio
Liu Xuemei started her career in June 2004 after graduating from Jilin Normal University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. From September 2004 to June 2005, she taught in rural China, where she has enhanced her teaching skills and perseverance. She has a wide range of interests, including sports and nature. Her purpose for participating in the Teachers of Critical Languages Program was to bring original Chinese language and culture to U.S. classrooms; meanwhile, she would also like to learn cutting-edge teaching methodology and experience American culture in the U.S.
