What is the TCLP Capstone?
The Capstone Project is mutually beneficial to both the exchange teachers and host school participants. Through the capstone experience, exchange teachers undertake a year-long impact project that directly targets a specific need of their host schools. It can be used by host schools to make Arabic/Chinese programs more sustainable and is a tangible product that exchange teachers can add to their professional portfolios to show their professional growth on-program.
