Yanet Cast
Bio
Yanet Cast is originally from Venezuela, and studied at Carabobo University in Valencia, where she got her bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and English. In 1999, she came to the United States as an international teacher and had the opportunity to obtain a master's degree in School Administration. She now teaches English Language Learners (ELL) in elementary school and ELL for adults at Wayne Community College. In 2022 and 2023, she had the opportunity to be the mentor teacher for two international TCLP teachers from Taiwan and China respectively, and she regards it as a wonderful experience. She is very excited to be serving as a TCLP mentor teacher again. Ms. Cast will be the mentor teacher to Hao Tzu-Ya from Keelung City, Taiwan.
