Azza Ghazaly
Bio
Azza Ghazaly is from Nag Hammadi, Egypt. She received her bachelor’s degree in English literature from South Valley University. Ms. Ghazaly has been a secondary teacher of English at Al Shaheed Eslam Official Language School since 2017. She has also trained teachers of English at the INSET Center in Qena since 2013. In the past, she has been an English teacher at experimental and governmental schools in Egypt. Ms. Ghazaly enjoys cooking, reading, shopping, and meeting new people. During her year in the United States, she is looking forward to attending American cultural events, sharing her own cultural celebrations, and exploring new places. Her primary objective for participating in TCLP is to learn more about teaching methodology and to share her experiences with colleagues at her home school. Ms. Ghazaly was hosted by Seventy First High School in Fayetteville, NC and is the alumni buddy for Heba Allah Ismael.
