Sandra Zamudio

Bio
Sandra Zamudio is from Denver, Colorado. She attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. In 1990, she received her Bachelor of Arts in bilingual-bicultural education with endorsements in bilingual and linguistically different areas. In 1993, she attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and received a master’s in social, multicultural and bilingual foundations. She is currently the world languages teacher at Notre Dame Catholic School. She began teaching in 1990 for Denver Public Schools. In 2001 she moved to Notre Dame Catholic School to teach kindergarten and in 2009 she helped pioneer the world language class with an emphasis on world cultures. She has been teaching for over 22 years. Last year during the 2013-2014 year she was the mentor teacher for Zhang Haiyang from Sichuan, China. This year Mrs. Zamudio is the mentor teacher for Wang Liuqing from Guangdong, China.
