Bio
Ibrahim Khaled is from Ismailia, Egypt. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Suez Canal University. Since 2008 he has taught English at Al-Ta’ef Language School. Mr. Ibrahim is interested in reading, poetry, and using the internet. His goal for participating in the Teachers of Critical Languages Program is to exchange methodological knowledge of teaching with the American education system, and in return he hopes this experience will be of great use to the Egyptian education system. He ultimately intends to set up and run an internet site for teachers and students who seek methodical knowledge. He was hosted by Columbia Heights Educational Campus (1, 200 students and 85 teachers) in Washington, DC (pop. 700,000).
