Veronique Lahey

Bio
Veronique Lahey is originally from Montpellier, France. She received her Master of Arts Degree in International Marketing from Baruch CUNY. Veronique has received several notable awards throughout her teaching career. In 2001, she receive a Lighthouse Technology Grant which awards $20,000 towards a designed project, the Café Parisien Project referenced by the Department of Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and has been a presenter at a project-based learning conference. She is currently a French teacher at Arlington High School, a position she has held since 1999. She became a teacher to share her language and culture with American students, and has now been teaching for 12 years. She has lived in the United States since 1995 and is married with two daughters. Her hobbies include reading, linguistics, traveling, and cooking.

She was the mentor teacher for Yu Bo from Beijing No.4 High School in Beijing, China in 2011-2012.
