Li Ning

Bio
Li Ning is from Jiaohe City, Jilin province, China. He received his bachelor’s degree in teaching Chinese as a foreign language from Tonghua Normal University. He has been a Chinese and English teacher at Jiaohe Nangangzi since 2013. He taught Chinese to foreign students in Beijing for four years before 2013. Mr. Li enjoys playing badminton and hiking. During his year in the U.S., he looked forward to celebrating Christmas and sharing Mid-Autumn festival with his students. Also, he is an ardent film lover, so he was excited to share his film passion with his students and to help them analyze and learn about Chinese film clips. His primary objective for participating in TCLP was to promote American students' understanding of Chinese people and Chinese society. He was hosted by Chariho Regional High School in Wood River Junction. RI and is the alumni buddy for Cheng Hsian-Lan. He is the cohort leader for the 2019-2020 Chinese group.
