Jen Wang
Bio
Jen Wang is originally from Keelung, Taiwan. She received her master’s degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages from Hunter College, City Universities of New York. She is currently a Chinese language teacher at Roosevelt High School, a position she has held since 2018. She taught at McKinley Technology High School for six years prior to that. She has been a department chair, curriculum writer and District Content Chair. Ms. Wang was a recipient of The Rubenstein Awards for Highly Effective Educators in 2016. She was the mentor teacher to Yasser Beshay from Asyut, Egypt (2019-2020).
