Jonell Hasselback
Bio
Jonell Hasselback is originally from Jackson, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Spring Arbor University. She is currently a special education teacher at Jackson High School, a position she has held since 2005. She also serves on the school improvement team, is involved in many extracurricular activities at her school, and is an adjunct professor at Spring Arbor University in the Department of Education. She became a teacher to show her dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for making a positive difference to inspire her students and other staff members. As of 2019, Mrs. Hasselback has been teaching for 15 years. She was the mentor teacher to Chen Jinsong from Fushun, China (2019-2020).
