Ghada Shehata
Bio
Ghada Shehata is originally from Mansoura, Egypt. She received her bachelor’s degree in Education from Mansoura University in 1998. She has also earned a special diploma in Instruction and Curricula and a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in English language. She has been a senior teacher of English at Fakhr Dakahliya Language School since 2009. She is married and has two sons. Ms. Shehata’s primary objectives for participating in TCLP are to learn more about the American educational system, to deepen her knowledge of U.S. culture, and to improve her skills as an English teacher. She was hosted by Peterson Elementary School in Chicago, IL.
