Ji Guanping
Bio
Ji Guanping is originally from Tonghua, China. She received her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Xi'an International Studies University. She has been teaching English at No.1 High School of Tonghua for six years. She is also the faculty supervisor of the English Club and works with students on the school’s school newspaper and website. She has a husband and a son. Ms. Ji’s primary objective for participating in TCLP is to build a relationship between her home school in China and her American host school. She also hopes to improve her language teaching and cultural knowledge of the United States. She was hosted by STEP Academy in St. Paul, MN and was an alumni buddy to Bao Qingmei for the 2018-2019 year and to Chen Jinsong for 2019-2020.
