Main Profile for Sun Qi

Sun Qi is from Heilongjiang Province. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Jiamusi University. She has been an English teacher at Tangyuan County Senior High School since 2006 and an oral Mandarin teacher for two years. Ms. Sun is also the head teacher of the international class and secretary of the Foreign Affairs Office, where she coordinates translation, and interviews and selects host families for foreign students. She has a six-year-old daughter and enjoys reading and jogging. She hopes to spread Chinese language and culture to the U.S. students and at the same time improve her English during her participation in TCLP. Ms. Sun was hosted by Groton-Dunstable Regional High School in Groton, Massachusetts.
