Catherine Bricelj
Bio
Catherine Bricelj is originally from Charleroi, a city in the south of Brussels in Belgium. She received her bachelor’s degree in education from La Haute Ecole Charleroi Europe and her master’s degree in educational sciences from the University of Mons-Hainaut. She has been an educator for over 12 years in Belgium, Canada and the United States (Louisiana). She is currently Audubon Charter’s French School director. Her professional development interests surround second language pedagogy, immersion education, learning styles and strategies, constructivism pedagogy, and French in the Americas. Ms. Bricelj is the mentor teacher for Xiong Jun from Hubei, China.
