Cindy Sulsar-Stuart

Bio
Cindy Sulsar-Stuart is originally from Flunter, Kansas. She received both a Bachelor of Science in General Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Special Education, Learning Disabilities and Collaborative Models from Kansas State University. She currently teaches sixth grade science and reading and is also a member of the English as a Second Language Team. Ms. Sulsar-Stuart has received the Shining Star Award from the County School District and the Who’s Who Key Award. She was also nominated for YWCA Woman of the Year in Lafayette, Indiana. Ms. Sulsar-Stuart has had the opportunity to travel to and study in Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru and Brazil. When not teaching, Ms. Sulsar-Stuart enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her husband.

She was the mentor teacher for Xiang Mei during the 2009-2010 academic year.
