Bio
Ms. Liu is from Deyang, China and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from West China Normal University. She has taught English at Deyang Foreign Languages School, Sichuan since 2006. She is in charge of an English teachers group at her school and organizes students’ curriculum activities and communities. Ms. Liu’s hobbies include calligraphy and doing sports. As a teacher with the Teachers of Critical Languages Program, she hopes to bring innovative Chinese teaching methods to U.S. classrooms and to explore classroom management and student assessment techniques in the U.S. Ms. Liu was hosted by Lakes International Language Academy (640 students and 63 teachers) in Forest Lake, Minnesota (pop. 18,375).
