Joseph Barrett
Bio
Joseph Barrett is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Pittsburgh and then went on to receive his Masters degree in ESL and Spanish from the School for International Training. He has been a Spanish teacher since 2004 at Hopkinton High School. He has been teaching for over 30 years and enjoys languages, traveling, meeting new people and living abroad. Since completing his university studies, he has lived extensively in the Dominican Republic, Spain and Argentina. In addition, he has studied in Mexico, Bolivia and Costa Rica. He now lives with his wife, daughter and son. Apart from teaching, Mr. Barrett enjoys salsa dancing, which he teaches, and he is also a co-founder of the website BostonRueda.com.
