Wael Ahmed

Bio
Wael Ahmed is originally from Aswan, Egypt although he has lived in Hurghada, Egypt since 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the English Department of South Valley University and a post-graduate diploma in pedagogy and leadership from East Anglia University, England. Mr. Ahmed also holds a diploma in Tourism Guidance in Egyptian Civilizations from the E.G.O.T.H. Institute and a certificate in Human Development from Winning Egypt. He has been a senior teacher at Hassan Kamel Secondary School since 2012, is a member of the school's control room, and established the school’s theater and magazine. Mr. Ahmed enjoys reading, sports, theater, writing poems, and sightseeing. He has a wife and three daughters. His primary objective for participating in TCLP is to spread the Arabic language in the United States and, likewise, the English language in Egypt. He was hosted by Anne Chesnutt Middle School in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
