Mohamed Salaheldin Abdou Abdelrahim Abouraya

Bio
Mohamed Abouraya is from Damietta, Egypt. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English language from Damietta Faculty of Education, Mansura University and has a professional diploma in teaching English methodology. He has taught at Kafr Saad Prep School since 2007 and at Kafr Saad Secondary School since 2012 and participated in numerous training courses. Mr. Mohammed is married and has two kids. He enjoys football, surfing the internet, playing chess, and reading academic books. Mr. Mohamed’s goals for participating in TCLP are to exchange cultural knowledge, improve his English language proficiency, and to gain knowledge of new and recent teaching theories. He hopes to assist American students in learning more about the Arabic language and culture because he wants to be a good ambassador for his country. Mr. Mohamed was hosted by Columbus North International School in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Mohamed is the TCLP Alumni Cohort Leader for the Egypt 2014-2015 group. He was also an alumni buddy for the 2016-2017 and the 2017-2018 years.
