1. The students are able to make slides about the culture of making and eating dumplings in China.
2. The students are able to recognize and say the basic words about making dumplings and three different kinds of dumplings—Zheng jiaozi, Zhu jiaozi and Jian jiaozi.
3. The students are able to learn how to make dumplings.
