Chopsticks and Chinese fried rice

1.The students are able to recognize and say chopsticks, bowels, plates and knives, forks and spoon in Chinese.
2.The students are able to learn the background knowledge about Chinese culture related to the use of chopsticks and use chopsticks to pick up objects.
3.The students know how to cook Chinese fried rice and can say the ingredients in Chinese.
The students are able to know the etiquette for Chinese chopsticks using and table manners.

This lesson plan is for 4 periods. Tell the kids you are going to do this and write the parents an email to ask the parents to donate 5 dollars each for the Chinese food tasting. Remember do this one or two weeks ahead so that you can get money from nearly all the students to help you organize this.
